Live Arrival Guarantee

JB GREENS’ LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE (JBGLAG)

Every shipment we send comes with our 100% Live Arrival Guarantee(subject to certain conditions as listed), free of any extra charge (save and except shipping fees). This means that if your order arrives with any issues that are out of your control, we will offer store credit in the amount of the loss up to the price you paid for the product in issue or will provide guaranteed replacement on Indian orders. Live arrival guarantee does not applicable for the cosmetic damages on the plant such as broken leaves, cracked leaves, broken flower or any other minor damages.

Conditions to be met to apply JB greens’ Live Arrival Guarantee:

1. Import / Courier requests fulfilled – You’ve fulfilled all requests that may be imposed by your local import authority or the courier in no delay, including provision of all information required and payment of any duty, fee or surcharge.

2. Correct Address and Contact Details of Recipient –We should have been provided with correct address and contact details including cell number and email. The shipment must be sent to the correct delivery address, and not forwarded to another address.

3. First Delivery Attempt – The shipment must be received on the first delivery attempt, or be picked up the day of the first delivery attempt. If you miss the delivery and the package is delayed a day or more because of it, we will not accept responsibility for any losses. It is your responsibility to check the tracking number for delivery, even if courier does not leave a “slip” notifying you they tried to deliver the package.

4. Clear Photo and unpacking & root inspection Video Provided within 24 hours – If the product in issue, you need to send us a clear digital picture of the box, label, full plant in issue with its name and an unpacking & root inspection video explaining what’s going on within 24 hours upon receipt or delivery of product at your location.

5. Restricted products and import permits – Customers has not ensure that the product ordered are not banned or restricted in your country or at the local authorities. Customers has to obtain all necessary licenses and import permits required to receive the products at your destination.

6. You care for the plant in the right way – we may ask you questions to make sure that you have followed our guide on how to take care of the plants upon transit.

Live Arrival Guarantee (JBGLAG) Refunds:

JB Greens is not responsible for the products once it is successfully delivered and customer has not claimed any refund of JBGLAG within the specified time.

JB Greens always choose best specimens for shipping to our valuable customers. JB greens updates the representative pictures or videos of our products, as every plant is unique in its appearance and characteristics, the actual goods delivers to you may be different from the representative products showcased in this website. Although the plants are strong, they may be damaged due to handling, packing, inspection, repacking, transportation, or weather condition. Minor damages or cosmetic changes or appearances are not accepted for JBGLAG.

To claim JBGLAG refund, please report us via contact@jbgreens.in.

All JBGLAG claims would be carefully considered and inspected by our experts and approve or reject at its discretion. Once JBGLAG claim is accepted, store credit or full or partial refund of money would be issued to the customer. Please note that it may take 7-15 days time for the banks or credit card companies to process and post your refund. Any coupon applied to payment of an order is non-refundable. In case of store credit, customer has to avail such credit within 365 days of date of order in which store credit issued.

JBGLAG claims are accepted for incorrect plants.

In case of full refund or full store credit, please do not dispose or make alterations to the products or original merchandise. For Indian orders, customer has to repack the product in original condition, we may arrange for the reverse pick up, wherever available and if reverse pick up not available in your PINCODE, you may have to self return the product to our return address and refund would be initiated only once we receive back the product at our warehouse. The courier or postal charges for the self return would be refunded to the customers on production of original valid receipt or invoice from the courier company. For international orders, due to international plant export regulations, JB Greens cannot receive returns from other countries, hence, we may ask customer to self return the product in original received condition to our representative in your country. And refund would be initiated only once we receive back the product at our representative’s warehouse. The courier or postal charges for the self return would be refunded to the customers on production of original valid receipt or invoice from the courier company.
