CANCELLATION AND REFUND

 Cancellation request by customer:

JB Greens do not accept any cancellation once the order payment completion. If any issues with your order you may contact contact@jbgreens.in, in extraordinary circumstances we may accept the your cancellation request and in such cases cost of phytosanitory certificate is non – refundable once it is applied or obtained. Also, we will charge a 7.5% administrative fee for handling any cancellation request. Once cancellation and refund application is approved, refund will process automatically to original payment method within 72 hrs. Please note that it may take 7-15 days time for the banks or credit card companies to process and post your refund. Any coupon applied to payment of an order is non-refundable.

Cancellation by JB Greens:

Since we deal with Live plants, in exceptional cases, we may not be able to dispatch or deliver some of the products listed in this website. In such cases JB Greens will intimate the customers about non-availability of plants within 72hrs and refund the entire amount paid by the customers to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 7-15 days time for the banks or credit card companies to process and post your refund. Any coupon applied to payment of an order is non-refundable.

Live Arrival Guarantee (JBGLAG) Refunds:

JB Greens is not responsible for the products once it is successfully delivered and customer has not claimed any refund of JBGLAG within the specified time.

JB Greens always choose best specimens for shipping to our valuable customers. JB greens updates the representative pictures or videos of our products, as every plant is unique in its appearance and characteristics, the actual goods delivers to you may be different from the representative products showcased in this website.  Although the plants are strong, they may be damaged due to handling, packing, inspection, repacking, transportation, or weather condition. Minor damages or cosmetic changes or appearances are not accepted for JBGLAG.

All JBGLAG claims would be carefully considered and inspected by our experts and approve or reject at its discretion. Once JBGLAG claim is accepted, store credit or full or partial refund of money would be issued to the customer. Please note that it may take 7-15 days time for the banks or credit card companies to process and post your refund. Any coupon applied to payment of an order is non-refundable. In case of store credit, customer has to avail such credit within 365 days of date of order in which store credit issued.

JBGLAG claims are accepted for incorrect plants.

In case of full refund or full store credit, please do not dispose or make alterations to the products or original merchandise. For Indian orders, customer has to repack the product in original condition, we may arrange for the reverse pick up, wherever available and if reverse pick up not available in your PINCODE, you may have to self return the product to our return address and refund would be initiated only once we receive back the product at our warehouse. The courier or postal charges for the self return would be refunded to the customers on production of original valid receipt or invoice from the courier company. For international orders, due to international plant export regulations, JB Greens cannot receive returns from other countries, hence, we may ask customer to self return the product in original received condition to our representative in your country.  And refund would be initiated only once we receive back the product at our representative’s warehouse. The courier or postal charges for the self return would be refunded to the customers on production of original valid receipt or invoice from the courier company.

JB Greens may change, add, remove the cancellation and refund terms and conditions without any notice. It is our customer responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions each time before placing the order.
