Standard Shipping Fee is free for customers whose delivery addresses are within the territory of Republic of India. Same day delivery within Bengaluru city available on request with extra shipping cost

  1. Preparation Time

Indian orders:

After placing order, it usually takes 1-3 days to prepare order and documents before your order is dispatched. Shipping usually takes 2-7 days depends on the shipping option chosen and delivery location.

Oter than Indian orders:

After placing order, it usually takes 10-15 days to prepare order and documents before your order is dispatched. Shipping usually takes 5-9 days depends on the shipping option chosen and delivery location. Generally speaking, it takes around 3 weeks to receive your order.

  1. Weather and delay due to extreme weather

We constantly track weather in your location to ensure that the plants could arrive smoothly.

If the forecast destination temperature is in the range of 40-59°F(10-15°C), we will wrap the plants by insulation foil in addition to standard packing.

If the forecast destination temperature is 23 -58°F(-5-10°C), we will pack the plants in styrofoam box in addition to insulation foil.

It’s our top priority to protect the well-being of your selected plants. Under certain weather conditions, we have no choice but to delay shipment. For example, we won’t ship when expected temperature of your location is over 35°C(105°F)/below -5°C (23°F) or there’s expected extreme weather condition like hurricane or rainstorm. We will definitely let you know once this happens, and your patience is truly appreciated.

  1. Packaging

We wrap and pack our plants in careful manner. We choose the right packaging material in accordance with the product selected and weather. For example, when temperature of your location is lower then 15° C(59°F) , we will use foam box and heat pack instead of paper box to pack plants. We also use paper towels or sphagnum to keep the root of the plants humid.

  1. Delay in shipment

 The health and well-being of your plants is our first and foremost concern. You will be notified via email if we opt to delay shipment of your order due to weather conditions or potential delays in transit.

  1. Holidays

 Please check our home page for holiday notice. During holiday seasons, local couriers may undergo severe delays. We will need more time to process your order and arrange for the logistics. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  1. Import Duty / Fee

The import duty or customs fee at customer country, to be paid directly by customer as directed by our courier partner. The shipping fee collected includes courier documentation charges, shipping charges and inspection charges only.

As a rule of thumb, we will not provide refund in any form for any confiscation, clearance procedures. JB Greens is not responsible for these charges.

As a rule of thumb, we will not provide refund in any form for any confiscation, abandone or return of parcel or any issue to the product due to delay in delivery if such arises in connection with or due to any reason of or caused by the customer – including customer refuses to or delays in provide certain information, or he fails to pay duty, fee or surcharge, or he rejects to receive a parcel.

For delivery to requested airport or airport pick up, customer needs to do all customs and plant quarantine clearance and to pay all import expenses.

It is customer responsibility to make sure that all plants ordered are allowed in your country and customers have to obtain all necessary licenses and import permits required.

We reserve the right not to offer service or sell to anyone who attempts to or has a record of non-compliance with our terms or conditions.

JB GREENS’ LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE (JBGLAG)

Every shipment we send comes with our 100% Live Arrival Guarantee(subject to certain conditions as listed), free of any extra charge (save and except shipping fees). This means that if your order arrives with any issues that are out of your control, we will offer store credit in the amount of the loss up to the price you paid for the product in issue or will provide guaranteed replacement on Indian orders. Live arrival guarantee does not applicable for the cosmetic damages on the plant such as broken leaves, cracked leaves, broken flower or any other minor damages.

Conditions to be met to apply JB greens’ Live Arrival Guarantee:

  1. Import / Courier requests fulfilled – You’ve fulfilled all requests that may be imposed by your local import authority or the courier in no delay, including provision of all information required and payment of any duty, fee or surcharge.
  2. Correct Address and Contact Details of Recipient –We should have been provided with correct address and contact details including cell number and email. The shipment must be sent to the correct delivery address, and not forwarded to another address.
  3. First Delivery Attempt – The shipment must be received on the first delivery attempt, or be picked up the day of the first delivery attempt. If you miss the delivery and the package is delayed a day or more because of it, we will not accept responsibility for any losses. It is your responsibility to check the tracking number for delivery, even if courier does not leave a “slip” notifying you they tried to deliver the package.
  4. Clear Photo and unpacking & root inspection Video Provided within 24 hours – If the product in issue, you need to send us a clear digital picture of the box, label, full plant in issue with its name and an unpacking & root inspection video explaining what’s going on within 24 hours upon receipt or delivery of product at your location.
  5. Restricted products and import permits – Customers has not ensure that the product ordered are not banned or restricted in your country or at the local authorities. Customers has to obtain all necessary licenses and import permits required to receive the products at your destination.
  6. You care for the plant in the right way – we may ask you questions to make sure that you have followed our guide on how to take care of the plants upon transit.
